Dear Sir:

I am writing to you in reference to Rabbi Israel Jacobson, a representative of the Agudas Chasidei Chabad of the United States and Canada, who is about to make a trip to your country, on our behalf.

The purpose of the voyage is to visit the many members of the Agudas Chasidei Chabad who now live in Poland. Rabbi Jacobson will try to raise their morale in the face of all the hardships and tribulations they are experiencing and to provide for their religious needs.

Rabbi Jacobson will travel by plane to Poland, and will stay there for a period of two weeks.

I am sure that consideration will be given this request, and a visa will be issued to the said Rabbi Israel Jacobson as soon as possible.

הנני כותב אליו אודות ר' ישראל דזשייקאבסאן, נציג אגודת חסידי חב"ד של ארה"ב וקנדה, שיסע למדינתכם, עבורינו.

מטרת הנסיעה היא לבקר את החברים הרבים של אגודת חסידי חב"ד החיים עתה בפולין. הרב דזשייקאבסאן ישתדל לעודד את רוחם, במצב של הקשיים והתלאות העוברים עליהם, ולספק את צרכיהם הרוחניים.

הרב דזשייקאבסאן יסע באוירון לפולין, וישהה שם במשך תקופה של שבועיים.
